Stitching from "leaveBiggestComponent" rejected Images but have orientation from the phone's sensors

greetings, I'm building a stitching app for mobiles. Sometimes images are rejected (not included in the list) from the leaveBiggestComponent function. But I have the orientation of all images from the mobile's sensor. I saw other stitching appications are still able to stitch for example, if cover the camera for one pic. What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance
