I am trying to find out if there is Guo Hall thinning in latest openCV. Could not find anything in the official documentation. Some people here mentioned a Japanese [article](http://www.eml.ele.cst.nihon-u.ac.jp/~momma/wiki/wiki.cgi/OpenCV/%E7%B4%B0%E7%B7%9A%E5%8C%96.html) where it is implemented in c++ so is there any way we could have it included into openCV?
