How i can add native c++ dll too my java project

Hi,I'm using OpenCV 2.4.9 from Java and I'm having some problems because the Contrib module of OpenCV (which contains the FaceRecognition Algorithms) is not there at the oficial Java wrapper of OpenCV 2.4.9. I read that i can add dll in ma project and then i can use FaceRecognition class for face detected in java. Can you help me how it do? I see that hee but i dont understand how it do? can you help me?
