Anyone of you knows about a contest prize named ProCAMS on computer vision and augumented reality?

I have recently found this European project named “ProCams” about Intelligent Video Analytics. The aim of the project is to developing new video content and distribution of advanced video analytics software in the field of the creative video content production industry.
