Change of landmark origin in calibration

I m trying to do stereo matching but it doesnt work well until now. So i m trying to improve the procedure and when i launch calibration, i remarked origin of the landmark could change from a picture to an other... It could impact the quality of the procedure? You have an example below :  The landmark in real world is represented in white with the 3 lines. Thanks for help ;)
