Face detection is very slow

Hi I'm using this [code ](https://gist.github.com/sarmadm/8986e415b5985230717d) for face detection but I have two problems 1. Face detection is very slow when I use video file and normal speed using webcam 2. I want to draw Rectangle around the detected face instead of Ellipse Thanks for help
